Introduction & Group Creation Policy

Creating a group in a community offers a chance of being an admin for a 50+ members community. This is an exciting opportunity, but it also comes with great responsibility[cite: 2].

Group Creation Rules

• Rule 1: Only add members if they have accepted your invitation.
• Rule 2: No spamming or unwanted talk: Avoid spamming and unwanted conversations in the group. Such behavior makes members more likely to leave the group[cite: 3].
• Rule 3: Engage members respectfully: Make sure to engage members with messages, and ensure there are no rude or disrespectful messages in the group[cite: 3].
• Rule 4: No unnecessary group calls: Do not make unnecessary group calls, as they cause members to leave the group[cite: 3].
• Rule 5: Set message limits and call at the right time: Set a message limit per day and schedule group calls at the right time. This will decrease the chance of members leaving the group[cite: 3].
• Rule 6: The secret call feature (For group creators only): When you swipe up more from the end of the scroll in the group, you will see a secret call. This is beneficial because there is no ringtone for the mobile to go off, making members feel relaxed while other members use the secret call[cite: 4].
• Rule 7: Set your own group rules: You may set up your own group rules and enforce them. However, you must not violate any of the rules given above[cite: 4].

VII Std & General Community Guidelines

• Members messaging others should maintain respect; members were unfriendly to others other than their friends.
• Members breaking the community law or doing such actions without any permission will be banned for days or even weeks depending on their actions and the number of times they have done it. So it is best not to act like that in our community.
• Since general holds 50+ members, messaging 2 members from the same section is useless; you guys can chat in your section. General is used to chat with 3+ members from completely different sections, and yapping is not allowed there (you can yap in your own section group).

Roblox Discussions & Privacy Management

• Roblox Discussions: Roblox discussions in random groups including general lead to flooding useless messages into the group. If there are more than 3 Roblox message discussions, the group will be temporarily shutdown for 2 minutes[cite: 1].
• Usernames and IDs should not be sent in any groups[cite: 1].
• Messaging in 50+ members community: No awareness campaigns or fighting in messages[cite: 1].
• No GIFs that do not make sense; only send GIFs that make sense[cite: 1].
• No abuse or violation[cite: 1].
• Listen to the community admins and give true comments in the help desk group[cite: 1].
• No spamming, such as messaging in different languages or emojis that translate into darker messages[cite: 1].
• No sharing your privacy[cite: 1].
• No students who claim themselves that they are unknown[cite: 1].
• Always send messages with respect[cite: 1].

Privacy & Policy (Other Groups)

• Other groups except VII A, B, C: No advertising and random messages in restricted groups[cite: 1].
• You can advertise in general or share content[cite: 1].
• Erratic words are prohibited[cite: 1].

Admin Policy

If anyone wants to become an admin, documentation is required first.

1 day of being an admin requires 4 sentences of claims and promises, and requires a watch for a day. When you ask for being an admin, watch days and admin days both will be counted in the same number (meaning no extra days).

How many days you want, that many sentences you need.

When years are added, the watch time will be doubled, so it is best to start as a member and ask the admins or owner.

When anyone wants to be a community admin, please send it to the owner not publicly so that you can get 10 to 20 percent added to your expectations to become an admin. A strict message will then be sent asking to write the documentation and state how many days you want.
